What we need from you

One thing: access to your Eventbrite account, shared in one of two ways.

Just one thing: access to your Eventbrite account, so that the integration team can read your events and show them on the 1EL global calendar. You share it once, in one of two ways, and you choose which at your Discovery Call.

Which way do you prefer?

Adding us to your Eventbrite team. You invite the address we send you, the same way you would invite a new staff member. You share no password of any kind, and you can remove us from the team yourself whenever you like. The steps are in Add us to your Eventbrite team.

What is the other way?

Sharing a long password made for a system rather than a person, which is called an API key. You find it in Eventbrite and paste it into your chapter portal. We keep it encrypted, and we delete our copy once we have checked that the access works. The steps are in Share an API key.

How do we tell you it is done?

In your chapter portal. At the Discovery Call stage it asks which way you shared access. Your answer moves your chapter to the next Events stage, API Information Submitted, and tells us it is ready for us.

Is there anything else?

No. Nothing else changes in Eventbrite, and there is nothing to keep up afterwards. You keep posting your events as you do today.
