Withdraw access

You can take our access away at any time, for any reason, without asking first. How you do it depends on how you shared it.

How do I remove you from our Eventbrite team?

   Sign in to Eventbrite

   Use the account that manages your chapter's events.

   Open Organisation settings, then Team management

   Eventbrite may spell it Organization settings.

   Remove the address we sent you

   Find it in the list Eventbrite calls Users, and remove it.

   Let us know

   Email us, so that we stop expecting your events.

How do I have you delete a key I shared?

If you shared a long password made for a system rather than a person, which is called an API key, email onboarding@eochapterhubspotrollout.com and say that you want the key deleted. Do not put the key in the email. We delete our copy. The system the integration team uses to read your events has no other copy, so it stops reading them with that key. We tell you once the key is gone.

What happens to our events on the 1EL global calendar?

Once we record that your chapter has withdrawn, your events stop updating on the 1EL global calendar, and the next run of the system the integration team uses takes your upcoming events off it. An event that has already started stays as it is.

Yes. Email us and we will pick it up with you from where you left off.
