Will anything change in Eventbrite?

No. Keep posting your events in Eventbrite exactly as you do today.

Do we need a new account or a new plan?

No new account. You keep the Eventbrite account you have. We do not expect you to need a different Eventbrite plan either, and the integration team will confirm that before the pilot starts.

What is the one thing you ask us to do?

Share access to your Eventbrite account once. You can add us to your Eventbrite team. Or, through your chapter portal, you can share a long password made for a system rather than a person, which is called an API key. After that there is nothing to keep up. What changes for EO members?

Your events also appear on the 1EL global calendar, where EO members around the world look for events. Your own event pages, tickets and emails in Eventbrite stay as they are.
